Robert Masterson has been with Ripley Entertainment since 1973. As president, Mr. Masterson has successfully guided Ripley’s through a period of unprecedented growth and diversification. During his tenure, Ripley's has become a leisure industry leader in trademark licensing, franchising, aquariums and attraction operations. He has extensive experience in leisure concept design, development and construction. Mr. Masterson currently serves as Second Vice Chairman of the International Association of Amusement Parks & Attractions (IAAPA) and will serve as its chairman during 2008.
Darrell Metzger is CEO for Sentosa Leisure Group and has more than two decades of experience in the attractions industry. Mr. Metzger worked on the planning and implementation of Tokyo Disneyland, the Summer Olympics in Los Angeles and the Vancouver Worlds Fair. As CEO of Ocean Park, he transformed this facility into a leader in the Asian market. He also ran Atlantis Submarines in Hawaii which operated a number of attractions in locations around the world.

Greg Hale is chief safety officer and vice president of safety, accessibility and advanced technology for Disney Parks and Resorts worldwide. He leads a global team of ride design, operation, maintenance and safety professionals that keep Disney on the leading edge of theme park safety and accessibility for guests with disabilities. Mr. Hale has been recognized for his work on accessibility standards and for amusement ride safety standards and training. In addition, he is a co-inventor and patent holder for Disney’s FASTPASS®, eliminating long lines at Disney theme park rides and attractions.
Cesar Mario O. Mamon has served as Enchanted Kingdom's Chairman of the Board since its inception twelve years ago and as its President and CEO since 1999. Mr. Mamon is founding Chairman & President of the Philippine Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions, served as Vice Chairman of Sun Microsystems, Philippines, Inc., and serves on the boards of several other companies engaged in information technology, real estate development and retail.
Jim Seay is President of Premier Rides, Inc. and has been with Premier Rides since 1994. He has over two decades of experience in the leisure and attractions industry and previously worked with the Six Flags organization as an engineering and maintenance expert. Premier Rides supplies the highest caliber of amusement rides and attractions available to the leisure industry.
Courtney Simmons, media consultant, public relations executive and the founder of C. Simmons Associates, has more than 20 years experience working with theme parks, entertainment venues, roller coaster manufacturers, major retailers, hotel resorts, video gaming, toy companies and municipalities. Ms. Simmons is also a highly-regarded media trainer, working with prominent organizations such as Six Flags, LEGOLAND California, Premier Rides, Splish Splash Water Park, Palace Entertainment, Sony Online Entertainment, Kennywood, and many more.
